What types of construction projects does Raksan Infrastructure take on?
We undertake residential and commercial building construction, civil and site development works, industrial structures such as factory sheds and warehouses, renovation and structural retrofitting, and design-build projects where we manage the process end to end.
How do you prepare a construction estimate?
After a site visit and a review of your drawings or requirements, we prepare an itemised bill of quantities (BOQ) with specifications for materials and workmanship. This lets you see exactly what is included and compare quotations fairly.
How will I know how my project is progressing?
You will have a single project lead as your point of contact and receive regular progress updates with site photographs, along with early notice of any decisions or approvals we need from you.
How do you handle changes to scope or cost during construction?
Any variation is documented, priced and shared with you for written approval before the work is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your sign-off.
Do you help with drawings and approvals?
Yes. On design-build projects we coordinate with architects and structural consultants and support the approval process. Statutory approvals are obtained in the owner's name as required by local authorities.
